Best cell phone store in Cookeville, Tennessee (TN) 2024

Not impressed at all!! Rude and not helpful.. during my visit the system was down and employee recommended I use the phone there and call customer service as I was doing so my young child had to use the restroom as I was on the phone I asked if my child was able to use the restroom they told me no- no public restroom. I said I understand however considering the situation with your system and having to call customer service from the landline phone in the store could you make an exception I was told no not at all and I had to hang up in the middle of the phone conversation trying to fix my phone to leave and before that I asked several questions but no one was helpful or able to answer my questions. I was told talk to customer service. ~Alicia
