I don't mind holding on the phone, but I think 30 minutes is a bit too long for a simple answer. Had one employee ask to hold to see when I could make an appointment for a wedding suit consultation. After the 30 minutes, I hang up and called again to get a different employee to tell me that they only do walk-ins... I recommend them to either hire someone to answer phones and process only, or train their employees to consider what services they're actually providing. Might want to consider doing wedding consultations too. ~Kenny
