Do not rent from here. Got fitted and order tux for wedding 6 months in advance just for the tux to come 4 days before the wedding. Of the 10 tuxes fitted for only 2 fit correctly - one tux was the wrong color and style, and the grooms tux wasn’t even remotely close to fitting. All the ones that’s didn’t fit had to be reordered and arrived the day before the wedding when we had to be at rehearsal dinner. For how outrageously expensive and all the hidden “cleaning fees” they don’t mention to you, this place is a scam. On top of all this, you better have the tux back the next day or they’ll quickly start charging your card even with all the inconveniences they cause you. Please, conduct your business elsewhere

My fiance and I were in there this past saturday to shop for a suit for our upcoming wedding. We were greeted by an elderly man who started off very friendly and stopped being friendly just as quickly. We told him what we were looking for and what size my fiance was currently wearing and he proceeded to take a waist measurement, totally normal... He then proceeded for the remainder of the time that we were there to make rude and unnecessary comments about my fiance's weight, how big he was, and made him feel extremely uncomfortable. We actually found a suit that he liked but I refused to stay there a minute longer and give that store a cent of my money due to the treatment that we received. This is totally unacceptable!

I don't mind holding on the phone, but I think 30 minutes is a bit too long for a simple answer. Had one employee ask to hold to see when I could make an appointment for a wedding suit consultation. After the 30 minutes, I hang up and called again to get a different employee to tell me that they only do walk-ins... I recommend them to either hire someone to answer phones and process only, or train their employees to consider what services they're actually providing. Might want to consider doing wedding consultations too.

Playing game of ignore the customer? Went in on a Saturday. They actually have a fairly large selection of suits. Not the highest quality but affordable. The 3 or 4 staff we grouped together complaining about the lack of overtime. I looked at suits for a good 15 minutes and none of the clerks could be bothered to break away from their own riveting conversation to ask if they could help. I think there was one other customer in the store also being ignored. I would avoid this place.

I purchased a gift card online on 12/22. I still had not received it. I called yesterday after emailing and was assured I would receive my bother’s gift. As soon as I was off call, I received an email my order was canceled. Couldn’t be more disappointed in Jos A Banks. Very disappointed and will just purchase a vis gift card in hopes my Brother in law chooses another store!

JAB is not on my usual agenda for shopping, but I saw a really nice Lambskin leather shirt jacket on the internet and stopped in a store to check it out. They actually had 5 different Lambskin jackets which made for a difficult choice, but I ended up with the style I originally saw online. Store was adequately staffed and staff was very helpful. BTW, jacket was very attractively priced.

Literally the rudest cashier I've had. I picked a pair of pants to purchase and waited at the register for a while, and when a man finally came, we placed the pants on the counter He rudely asked "Well, what?" So we responded, "can we not buy these?" He then replied, "Well you can but I didn't know that's what you wanted," in a rude tone. What else would we be doing there with one of your pants. I feel like it was because we were teenagers, too.

My fiancé and I went in this evening to pick out suits for him and his groomsmen for our wedding. We were in there for probably 10 minutes before anyone even came to ask how they could help. Betsy, the manager, was the woman “helping” us. She was by far the least helpful customer service person I have ever encountered. She didn’t answer any questions or elaborate on anything. We said we were looking for a navy suit and she pulled out two jackets and laid them out and then just stared at us. I tried to ask more about fit and tailoring and she just basically said, “yeah that’s how suits are.” We left and will not be purchasing from this store, nor will we ever return. We walked on upstairs to Men’s Warehouse and found some great suit options and excellent customer service personnel as well. I would not recommend this location to anyone ever.

I've been a customer at Jos A. Bank and shopped in this location (Cool Springs) several times, and it's always been a pleasant shopping experience for me. I really wanted to touch base with the staff there. Unfortunately my last visit in the store didn't make my shopping experience a great one. I've worked in sales and customer satisfaction is #1. I've enjoyed being a customer with Jos A. Bank, so in the near future I really hope the staff there doesn't continue with the level of customer service that I was shown.

Very unhappy with the service I received recently from them. Got a custom suit made for my friends wedding and had to have the pants redone twice and now just got the vest and tie and shirt and the vest is too small and the shirt is way too big and they now will not answer my call to fix this. Have called them like 7 times and they won’t pick up. Very disappointed
