I avoid going to Verizon at all cost. Nothing against this store or employees, I just don't like it. But my galaxy s21 ultra decided to go all black screen on me one night and refused to act right all night. I arrived at Verizon with what I thought was a paper weight now. Online tech support told me to take the phone in for a Warranty swap, possibly. 5 min at most and I was leaving with my phone working correctly and an explanation of what happen to it. They even told me how to avoid the black screen problem in the future. I had an attitude and the employee worked right thru it. Very professional and extremely helpful. I doubt I'll be running to go in this store again but I will definitely not be avoiding it at all cost. Verizon showed out on this one and I appreciate it. Makes that bill look a whole lot better. ~Slim
