Absolutely horrible customer service. Slow as the day is long. I went in to buy a screen protector for my phone. Stood there for 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. Ordered the protector on Amazon after I left. There is no reason this store should be open with such horrible service.

Hire more people! Two employees on the floor is not enough. There are always long wait times and lines.

I avoid going to Verizon at all cost. Nothing against this store or employees, I just don't like it. But my galaxy s21 ultra decided to go all black screen on me one night and refused to act right all night. I arrived at Verizon with what I thought was a paper weight now. Online tech support told me to take the phone in for a Warranty swap, possibly. 5 min at most and I was leaving with my phone working correctly and an explanation of what happen to it. They even told me how to avoid the black screen problem in the future. I had an attitude and the employee worked right thru it. Very professional and extremely helpful. I doubt I'll be running to go in this store again but I will definitely not be avoiding it at all cost. Verizon showed out on this one and I appreciate it. Makes that bill look a whole lot better.

Well the first bill is high but I hope after that it comes down bcs I can't pay that high bill everytime. But nice ppl there at the store.

Do NOT go here. Soooo incredibly rude! After waiting 25 minutes to be acknowledged, I was told that I needed to leave and go to a different store because they were going to close in 15 minutes. There was even a person free that could assist me. The lady was also rude and very unpleasant to another woman who simply needed some help with a sim card change. Truly terrible custom service. Verizon should be ashamed. Going to go order a new phone myself online....

Wish I could give this store minus zeros. If any other business gave such horrible service, they wouldn’t be able to keep their doors open! They have NO interest in helping with a problem and the saddest part is they seem proud of the fact! I’m thinking of turning in our phones and going with another carrier! I’m sick and tired of paying these prices and can’t get help from anyone who speaks English!

Josh was great! He served me very calmly, knowledgeable, and quickly as I requested a screen protector installation. Probably the best customer service I've ever had since being a long-term customer here. Great job!

I have never wrote a review for a store before until this situation… I received the worst customer service. The worker underminded my intelligence as soon as I walked in the door. I was greeted with attitude from the worker. I made 2 visits, and both times he was the one who greeted me. He is very arrogant and unhelpful. He had no interest in helping me with my situation. He walked away from me while I was talking (mindful at the moment I was respectful and calm). I was pushed to the side multiple times. I highly do not recommend this location or that specific worker.
