If I could choose a negative amount of stars I would. They charged me $500 for the last month and a half for overdraft fee's and I have overdraft protection!!! Please explain that!! This bank account has robbed me blind!!! US bank has gotten rich off of me! When my account has a zero balance they still let automatic withdraws come out,but I can't use my card to pay my important bills...Every branch I have been to has horrible customer service!! I would not even recommend this bank to my worst enemy!!! ~Kristy
