If I could choose a negative amount of stars I would. They charged me $500 for the last month and a half for overdraft fee's and I have overdraft protection!!! Please explain that!! This bank account has robbed me blind!!! US bank has gotten rich off of me! When my account has a zero balance they still let automatic withdraws come out,but I can't use my card to pay my important bills...Every branch I have been to has horrible customer service!! I would not even recommend this bank to my worst enemy!!!

Master Joe's complaint is just stupid. Don't blame them on your screw up. I'm telling you the Jefferson City branch would have done something if they could have ! It is not their job to make sure your covered, it's yours. To everyone else.. This is a great branch with even greater people!! They know your name when you walk in , your not an account number. And they always help if they can. Absolutely the best bank !

My bank charged me $40 on a negative $20 account and could have charged up to $400 If I couldn't pay it. I would have paid it off but it has obviously been snowing badly. I voiced my concern where they cannot care because I had a fee waived A YEAR AGO. See what I'm saying?
