I was amazed and impressed by both of the young men working 7/8/22! I stopped by on my way to work at 6:30 pm and they were efficient, friendly, and obviously took pride in customer satisfaction and in doing an excellent job. It’s not often today that you see all these qualities- they deserve a bonus! Unfortunately, I didn’t get their names but I will next time!

Went to pick up a sub for a friend who had broken her leg. Got to the door and.it was locked because they're ovens for the bread were broken and they didn't have much bread left. The manager came to the door and I told him why I needed the sub and he let me in to make one last sub. Super nice people and great service. I'll be telling everyone I know about the great experience.

Very rude older ladies working there, they were out of common subway items, when I went in the lady had me wait for 5 mins before getting my order even tho it empty. And over charged me, when I said deluxe she charged me for double meat. Terrible experience overall.

We were here at 8:42 and these people were supposed to be open til 9. They locked the doors when we were there and refused to let any guests in even though they were open til 9. Very bad business.

The employees are very nice and super quick making subs when busy. My only complaint is the restaurant itself seems a bit dingy. Looks like it needs a scrub down or remodel.

There was 3 employees working. Only one person in line when we went in, one person eating in, and one couple throwing away their trash to leave. The sub "fixins" were either almost empty, empty, or a mess. They had stuff from the surrounding containers in them and crumbs in some of the front ones. I could've understood if we had been there during a very busy time or right after, but we were there during the slower time between lunch and dinner. I always go to the Alpha Subway and have never had this experience. It is always clean. We stopped here at the Jefferson City Subway on our way back from Knoxville. This was my last visit. Instead of standing around talking, these employees should've been cleaning up their food bar. While we were eating, they disappeared to the back never to be seen, so the bar remained in that condition, because no other customers came in. Our subs were good.

Wonderful option for healthier, fast meal. Donna totally rocks, food is always good, and using the online app means FAST availability if you don't want to stand in line and chat with other friendly customers. This is a fine Subway.
