Best auto repair shop in Kingsport, Tennessee (TN) 2024

My AC stopped working Friday evening and I was terrified it would be my compressor or something outrageously expensive to repair. I was desperate to find someone to get my car looked at ASAP. My husband called around to several local auto shops and these guys were able to get us in the quickest. Every phone call we were greeted by a cheerful employee willing to help in any way possible. They made this experience manageable. We were able to drop my car off Sunday night for our Monday morning appointment and it was ready for pickup all fixed and blowing ice cold by early Monday afternoon. My husband spoke with Shawn(Sean?) a few times who I’m assuming is the one who did the work on my car and he was very thorough in explaining everything he was going to be doing and why it needed to be done. He went above and beyond making sure we didn’t feel pressured and never offered anything extra that wasn’t necessary. When I came to pay, Dakota met me in the parking lot and pulled my car around front, helped get me checked out and was very friendly. The price for everything they did was extremely reasonable and we are very satisfied with the service. We will definitely be back for any repairs we need in the future!
