Best mailing service in Memphis, Tennessee (TN) 2024

The delivery men were great. Very professional And nice. The only blip in this delivery came when they had the wrong address. Their customer service rep is not very helpful. She tried to tell me that I did not give them a correct phone number and address. When I told her the delivery man called me she said it was a recording. I told her it was a human and that I was looking a the email THEY sent me she “accidentally “ got disconnected and did not try to call me back. Very poor communication skills. But the delivery itself was very very good. I would give the delivery guys 5 stars but the customer service rep is a 1 star at best. ~Judy

FedEx has been refusing to deliver an "expedited" package for a solid week citing "prolonged severe weather" (?) I filed two complaints with FedEx - I received neither a confirmation number nor the promised phone call from someone in a position of authority. This morning I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint. Given the number of unresolved complaints, my complaint and a metrocard will get me a ride on an MTA bus. Avoiding FedEx means avoiding both frustration and lost monies. Buyer beware. ~Thomas
