We searched and searched in town for a specific microwave. We finally ordered on line because every store in area said item was back ordered. However, we were given a date for delivery that was extended for 3 days. The personnel from xpo called on the delivery date and specified a 30 minute window within which they would deliver. They were exactly on time...... OMG, I have never experienced that before. Nice delivery person as well.....

The delivery men were great. Very professional And nice. The only blip in this delivery came when they had the wrong address. Their customer service rep is not very helpful. She tried to tell me that I did not give them a correct phone number and address. When I told her the delivery man called me she said it was a recording. I told her it was a human and that I was looking a the email THEY sent me she “accidentally “ got disconnected and did not try to call me back. Very poor communication skills. But the delivery itself was very very good. I would give the delivery guys 5 stars but the customer service rep is a 1 star at best.

Absolutely horrible experience. Item was scheduled for delivery two weeks ago, and there has been no communication with me as to what’s going on or why there is a delay. Stuff happens, but for XPO to not reach out or be able to explain the problem in a cohesive way is inexcusable for a logistics company. Support has blamed other companies, promised it will be “soon”, and been vague/unhelpful. Avoid if at all possible.

this is a terrible company… they have my product i purchased… they’ve had it for over 3 weeks… my product was on the truck to be delivered…. i took a day off from work to wait for delivery…. it was never delivered…. the driver claimed to be not feeling well… so now my property remains in memphis and they will not give me any clue when it will be delivered… customer service is useless… and they will not give me any estimate when it will be delivered… this is almost criminal… they have property of mine in which i’ve already paid for and they will not deliver it to me

Horrible delivery service. Lied about attempted delivery, and lied about delays. I hope amazon doesn't use them again. Got an email stating they attempted delivery but didn't leave the package because they didn't feel comfortable leaving it. When I called customer service they first told me that it was on weather delay, which we haven't had any weather as well as they attempted delivery that day. I told them that. Then they changed their story to the driver didn't feel comfortable leaving the package in the rain. I had to call them out on that as well. We have a covered area where ups, usps and fedex leave our packages. At that point they ran out of excuses and just said sorry and they will driver my package 7 days later. This is the absolute worst delivery I have experienced and I hope amazon doesn't use them again, or at least give the consumers the option to ship with someone else. I would rather wait a few more days for another carrier to deliver my stuff than have xpo "attempt" to deliver my stuff then lie about it.

The guys were professional and courteous. They attached my screen, brought my bike inside and placed it in the best spot of my office. Additionally, they gave me the next steps to follow in order to begin using my bike immediately. I’m very pleased with this delivery service and would recommend them to all! Please make sure you give your delivery team a raise and bonus!
