Best truck rental agency in Murfreesboro, Tennessee (TN) 2024

As other reviews have stated absolutely the rudest woman at this location. As I was waiting to close out my rental truck this woman was browbeating some guy ahead of me to get insurance on his rental. He declined several times but she kept harping and then turned nasty when he declined. When it was my turn for service she told me my truck was low on fuel. I explained that I had just filled it 4miles away. Because it was parked on a slope it was showing a little below empty. Asked her to open the fill cap and see that it was up to the brim.she refused to even go look. Said she wouldn't open the cap. So I went out and opened the cap for her to look. See attached picture. She said it didn't matter that it was full if the Gage didn't register she was going to charge me anyway. She said sir it's your problem I'm not going to argue with you. Felt like I was going crazy don't think I've ever felt with someone so irrational. So I recommend you rent from anyone but this location. Avoid like the plague!!!!! ~Michael
