Best gym in Nashville, Tennessee (TN) 2025

I have been faithfully coming to class for a few months now and all I can say is W O W! I love how strong and empowered I feel after every work out and I also love the trainers! Major shoutout to Kelsey who always brings the heat and really challenges you to go a little further each time. I can really see progress and I am so grateful for this place. ~taryn

Joining CrossFit Solid Orange was one of the best decisions I made in 2020. This gym is a great place to work out, Coach Ryan is very dedicated and passionate about fitness and gives individual feedback during classes. The environment is very welcoming, other coaches and people that attend classes have different levels of fitness so no matter your level, you don't feel pressured and out of place.
