Advance Auto Parts in Powell, TN, is the answer to a lot of prayers that Powell residents have needed for a long time! The reason...Charlie, the technician who installs a LOT of the parts purchased at Advance Auto Parts!!! Charlie replaced a headlight on my previous car, a 2009 Ford Taurus. The man did the job, spent about 1.5 hours working on my headlight (a LOT of disassembly and reassembly was involved!) and did NOT want a cent for his time! Today, Monday, Oct. 3rd, 2022, I stopped in and told Charlie that one of my reverse lights was out. I told him that I had bought bulbs previously, right there, for my 2009 Taurus (I, now, have a 2008 Taurus SEL!) and asked if he would put a bulb in. He said, "Sure!" and got his socket and went to work! Ten minutes later, he was finished and I have TWO, working reverse lights!!! Charlie did not charge me for his service!
