Best credit union in Allen, Texas (TX) 2024

I've been a member here at the Allen location since 2015 and up until the last 7 months or so i have been happier banking here. I'm not sure what recently changed but the service sucks at this branch. The final incident that made me decide to finally swap my accounts to other banks was after getting a new debit card rush shipped for a mishap that happened on the RBFCU corp side of things I went to deposit some cash in the atm. The machine never gave my card back. When i went inside to see if they could retrieve my card, I was told they cannot as they don't service the ATM at their branch and if i wanted to rush a new card it would be $35. I called the corp bank number who rush delivered a new card and waved the fee for me. this incident was just one of the 5 issues I've had with them since seems their customer service has gone down the drain. ~Ed
