Best telecommunications service provider in Anna, Texas (TX) 2024

*Edited to add* They called me and said they would fix the situation and I am very pleased. I never thought they would actually respond so this was a pleasant surprise. Thank you very much! I was happy with the service I received until today. 2 months ago (March 12), I went in to trade in my iPhone 12 Pro Max for an iPhone 13 pro max. The guy helping me, can’t remember his name and he didn’t give me a receipt, guaranteed me $800 credit for the phone I was trading in. Fast-forward to today and I find out that I only received $105 credit. Turns out, I didn’t have the required data plan to qualify for the $800 credit, which he didn’t inform me about. He had access to my account details and knew what I was wanting but sat there and said nothing. He GUARANTEED me $800 for the trade-in. I could’ve sold my old phone on the street for more than they gave me. I will never shop this store again. If you can’t focus on your job without answering personal calls and talking to coworkers about your lunch break, maybe you shouldn’t be in retail. Do better. ~Cheyenne

Excellent customer service and sales from this Verizon location in Anna. We are very pleased with the service we received from Josh and Inman. We cant thank them enough for the help in getting us set up with your cellular service. It was a little rocky at first but you guys managed to get it taken care of.
