One hour in and the one employee is still waiting on the first customer with no signs of being done any time soon. I get that there are staffing issues but there is no excuse for this. There is no urgency. They act like it’s a lazy Sunday drive.

The new manager is doing a great job of turning the store around and made sure I had what I needed instead of trying to upsell me. He even showed me how to put two numbers on one phone. If you had a bad experience with the previous management, like we did, you should give the new manager Alan (not sure on spelling) a visit.

*Edited to add* They called me and said they would fix the situation and I am very pleased. I never thought they would actually respond so this was a pleasant surprise. Thank you very much! I was happy with the service I received until today. 2 months ago (March 12), I went in to trade in my iPhone 12 Pro Max for an iPhone 13 pro max. The guy helping me, can’t remember his name and he didn’t give me a receipt, guaranteed me $800 credit for the phone I was trading in. Fast-forward to today and I find out that I only received $105 credit. Turns out, I didn’t have the required data plan to qualify for the $800 credit, which he didn’t inform me about. He had access to my account details and knew what I was wanting but sat there and said nothing. He GUARANTEED me $800 for the trade-in. I could’ve sold my old phone on the street for more than they gave me. I will never shop this store again. If you can’t focus on your job without answering personal calls and talking to coworkers about your lunch break, maybe you shouldn’t be in retail. Do better.

Walked into this store one day and was immediately told there would be a 30 minute wait. There was no proper greeting. No “Hello, how can I help?” All I needed to do was just pay my wireless bill. Came back the next day and was never greeted at all. Stood at the front for about 10 minutes and no one said hi or asked how I could be helped. I eventually walked out. I went to a store in Frisco to pay my bill. Much better customer service at the Frisco store.

Rosie Ruiz at the Anna Texas store was awesome. She answered all my questions over the phone then when I walked into the store, she continued to present herself in a very professional and friendly manner took care of absolutely everything I requested. She was a pure delight to work with. She should be the standard that all your employees are held to.

So I'll start by saying the store is doing a reasonable job helping me deal with their company. Id say the store deserves more stars and AT&T deserves no stars. ATT has given me bait and switch tactics. Before switching to AT&T a month ago I did my homework in verifying with them that bringing my unlocked S20 FE phone from another carrier I would experience no issues, my phone worked for a month and then an update, they killed its ability to make and receive calls and forced me to upgrade. I had contacted technical support and after trying a few things they literally told me to "go away and wait for an email that says we fixed your phone". After waiting 4 days I went to this store where they at least explained that the company is sundowning 3G coverage and in the process, many newer 5G phones have been affected, mainly unlocked phones. They tried changing the sim card to save it, and tried the same things tech support did, but rather than telling me to go away, they at least walked me through my options. Big thanks to the store but there needs to be a class action against AT&T for their unethical business practices.

Let me tell you, Dylan P. Is the representative to work with. Very knowledgeable, persable and extremely patient. From the moment we walked in the door he greeted us and invited us in to grab a seat while he finished with a customer. When it comes to customer service this location is top notch. Dylan got straight to work, quoted us with accurate prices and made the whole transaction seamless. I brought 4 lines of service from Verizon to AT&T. Dylan was able to get us all into new 5G phones, a new streaming service and still managed to save us money each month from what we were paying with Verizon. If you want a great customer experience I highly recommend working with Dylan P. Thank you AT&T for having such a valuable asset in the store.

Best customer service ever from Rosie! I got the phone I wanted and everything was transferred over without any interruption or issues. I have done business with AT&T for years, at various stores, but the Anna location is the absolute BEST! They are very thorough and take time to do the job right as opposed to rushing you out to get to the next person. I highly recommend!
