Traveling through Anna Tx and saw their street sign. What a blessed experience it was to get my hair done by Tiffany. Found out Zaina means beautiful and that describes their salon, culture and staff. I was a walk in and Tiffany had a break in her schedule-she beautifully gave up her me-time to take me. She took her time with my hair and got it combed and straight like “I” like it. Thank you so very much. She also gave me two restaurant recommendations (I asked). Service: Hairstyling

This was my first time here. They got me in super last minute which was great. Kimberly did a fantastic job. She really took her time on the cut to make sure it was perfect. I never felt like she was just in a hurry to get done. I couldn’t be happier with the results. It was also a very pleasant surprise to be greeted at the door by the sweetest dog. I will definitely be making my next appointment here. Service: Hairstyling

We ended up with the new girl. She did an ok job but I had to go home and fix my child's hair so she would stop crying. I knew if I took her back they would just have to chop her hair even shorter. Make sure and schedule with the experienced stylist if you have anything other than a trim.

Just moved to the area, read good things about Zaina through google reviews, and thought I'd give them a try. I am so happy that I did! Everyone was super friendly, and Hailey did an amazing cut. I will definitely be getting future cuts with Hailey. I won't mention any names, but when I first moved to Texas, I went to a salon in Melissa and one in Prosper, and both times I walked out looking like the little Dutch boy that you see on the paint can. Hailey worked in some layers and face framing and did a great job.

Saedah always does such an amazing job! She’s so incredible, I’ve been going there for years and I don’t plan on stopping. I now live about 40 minutes away but I refuse to go anywhere else- for me it’s worth the drive. Cynthia, the receptionist, is also such a sweetheart. I highly recommend this salon, and the prices are great too!

I was skeptical to hear that Tiffany (from the last long bad review) was the only one available last minute to get my roots done and a cut. But I just decided to give her a chance! And I am sooooo glad I did!! Wow!! She truly is amazing! She did exactly what I asked her to do. My hair looks and feels phenomenal! Thank you, Tiffany! I will be back!!

Be careful with Tiffany! The owner and Ciara did great cuts with my hair. One time I wasn’t happy the owner fixed it. She really does want her clients to be happy. Cuts aren’t super expensive either. Plus you get the sweetest pittie to love on. However this time I decided I was never going back. Tiffany ruined my hair and what she cut away will take YEARS to grow back. I have thick naturally curly hair. All I wanted was to clean up the layers and trim the ends. LIGHT texturing. When she finish I wasn’t overly impressed with it. She said she could add some volume. Ok fine the owner has done that kind of texturing but so minimal I didn’t even notice and my hair felt normal. This time I was left in tears!! Tiffany sheared full length pieces of my hair at the roots!! I can’t fathom what possessed her to do that. When I looked at the floor I was shocked but I did not react. I tried to give it a chance. But I knew the top of my hair felt way too light and the ends heavy. When I got home I saw how much she had taken away the body & fullness out of my hair. After crying my eyes out, I told myself maybe it’s the product she used. I washed it and styled like normal. Even worse!!!. Flat on top (no volume even with teasing. Middle is thin and the ends are bulky. This is not something that can even be fixed. Pieces of my hair will have to grow from the root. My hair is very long. It will take forever. It’ll will look like sh*t growing out. Everyday I am angry for this hack job! The owner did refund and tried to make me feel better. But no amount of biotin will fix it. Nothing but time will. I look ridiculous . I love my hair and Tiffany totally ruined it!!!!!
