Online checkin is a joke and their system is outdated and couldn’t find me. I did it and was given a 30 minute wait time. I waited at the house arrived with about 10 minutes left. Walked in and they said I was in the system only to find out I wasn’t and when they put me in it was an additional 15 minutes on top of the 10 I have left. I’ll drive to McKinney from here on out.

Worst place ever stylist dont know how to cut hair. Also all they do is complain and talk about how tired they are it’s ridiculous and embarrassing. It is two in particular really need new stylists. Will never go there again because owner will obviously do nothing. Services: Haircut, Hairstyling

They dont know what they are doing. There is no way some of these ladies should be aloud any where near people's hair. They dont listen. Beware. I would say more but I am am so frustrated I think I would just be mean.

Me, my mum and my sister got out hair done here. My mum got curtain bangs and she loved how they did it. My sister got layers, face frame and a trim and they did it perfectly. And I got a 2 and a half inch trim and a tiny face frame and it’s amazing. In total I would definitely recommend this place!

My haircut was barely okay. However, a customer before me was treated rather unfairly and poorly when he asked if another person is available to do his haircut. The person at the counter said the other saloonist maybe available after an hour or two hours or 3 hours, she wouldn't ask her and wouldn't know. The customer was rather nice and was clearly treated very poorly. Service: Haircut

Great cut! Monica did my cut; even though she was overloaded with clients because her co worker doesn’t know how to show up on time, she still managed to pull off a nice cut and be super friendly while doing it. Thank you!

My son got his hair cut around 330 this afternoon. His haircut was done well and that is not my complaint. My complaint is a woman with a mental disability came in and was inquiring about hair services and the hair stylists were arguing about who was going to cut her hair because no one wanted to waste time and deal with her. The woman was at the front counter while this was going on. The hair stylists still went on about how they didn't Want to deal with her and made jokes about her. My son was in the middle of getting his hair cut as this was going on. If we were waiting in the lobby I would not have gave them business. I will not give this place my business again due to the awful unprofessional behavior of the staff.
