I have always been a long time customer at JCPenney, but recently I had encountered a rude, angry and a sarcastic sales clerk in jewelry. They have a stupid policy that even though I have all my receipts, purchase before 60 days, tags and everything JCPenney still will not exchange or take returns! The sales clerk did not even asked me why I was not satisfied with the jewelry. All she did was tell me " I'm not doing the exchange or return take it back with you, I'm not doing it! Good by Have a nice day. I turned and called her a name, but then I apologize to her but she was still angry and threatened to call security on me I was not causing a scene, but I was appalled with her actions. I don't plan to shop at JCPENNEY for a longer time! Even my family.

JCPenney has a great selection of socks. Stopped at several stores and couldn’t find no show socks anywhere. Luckily they had a variety of options available!

I have a serious disease which causes me to need to use the restroom quite frequently. I had to use the restroom on the first floor on Sunday. It was extremely hot in there and I went to the handicapped bathroom. The toilet paper dispenser was broke and would not close and it was hanging right on the toilet. At this point it was too late to use another stall. So I had to try to use the tape that was on it to keep it closed while I finished my business. I don't know you can commercials saying you are so great and you don't even take care of what is important. I am 74 years old and I feel that you should put your priorities where they belong.

Helped me out big time and communicated clearly to solve my issue made it quick and easy was super friendly they definitely deserve a raise!!! Pricing is really good here they always have discounts. Overall give them at 8 out of 10 for not having Nikes and New balance shoes anymore.... But I'm sure that's not Penny's fault and has something to do with Nike and New balance. Staff was very helpful and if they didn't have an answer for my question they found it out for me. Solid jobs guys!!👍👍 Keep up the good work.

This salon is located in the store, on the lower level closest to Main Street (580) in Countryside Mall. The store itself is still very well stocked. The salon has fabulous potential accept for questionable items that appeared to be visibly unsanitary. The trash can very close to the massage table looked like it had been vomited on. The drain in the foot basin of the pedicure chair had a residue around it and visible residual of something poured. The visual experience made the return visit almost undesirable. But, I, genuinely appreciate my stylist JC, who is new to the store. But, fortunately/unfortunately my next appointment was system confirmed. Yet, on arrival I was told sorry .. stylist has a class today. SAD
