Best truck rental agency in Arcola, Texas (TX) 2024

My mother always said if you don't have anything nice to say then don't say anything. I guess I should keep my mouth shut. However, that won't help with the review. I am not sure why all the information you put in online doesn't transfer to the local shop. It took the woman about 30 minutes to input my name and address into the computer system. It should not take this long to rent just a trailer. The lot where the trailers were parked was extremely muddy and I am glad I had all wheel drive or I probably would have gotten stuck. The trailers only have the 4 plug connector not the round one. The don't keep the adapter in stock. It's probably just best to avoid this location. ~Todd
