Bobby is so helpful. I was here a number of times renting trucks and equipment. He’s got a good heart. I’d recommend renting Uhaul from him any day. If you are looking for someone local to be available for help with your real estate situation Bobby is reliable. I had a house I could not sell and Bobby kept keys for me. He helped me facilitate access when I was out of town for potential investors. I am not rich, but I hope this review helps with his business aspirations going forward. He did not stand to gain much of anything from helping us. That is one way to measure of a good man: when they help in the absence of profit. We were a charity case to be sure.

Corvette's is a really great place to rent a Uhaul. He makes it convenient to pick up and drop off. He will park it for you too if you have trouble with parking. I have rented from here three times in the past. Bobby is really helpful.

My mother always said if you don't have anything nice to say then don't say anything. I guess I should keep my mouth shut. However, that won't help with the review. I am not sure why all the information you put in online doesn't transfer to the local shop. It took the woman about 30 minutes to input my name and address into the computer system. It should not take this long to rent just a trailer. The lot where the trailers were parked was extremely muddy and I am glad I had all wheel drive or I probably would have gotten stuck. The trailers only have the 4 plug connector not the round one. The don't keep the adapter in stock. It's probably just best to avoid this location.

This is the second time we’ve had to rent a uhaul from this place since it was the closest. Never going to again! Twice now we’ve done everything on line which for some reason wasn’t good enough and had to be redone. Then our chosen place to return it wasn’t good enough either!! She said “no! You have no choice to return it here” (different location in Webster) she said if we had a problem with that then we could call an 800 number. We tried showing her all the information we filled out on our phones and she refused to even look at it. So not only was she rude, we also had to go out of our way to return it to this other place in Webster instead of the one by our house and went over our mileage which made us have to pay an extra fee. When we got to the Webster location they had no idea what we were talking about and said we could have returned it where we wanted. 😑 so if you like being disrespected and overcharged this is the place for you to come rent from.

I will never go here again. Unfriendly staff. My truck was barely working. They gave us a recommendation for movers who ended up causing over $1,000 in property damage. When I tried to file a claim, the owner of the moving company refused to answer his phone. When I went back to uhaul, they said there is nothing they can do. I filed a small claims suit.

Lady seemed overwhelmed and confused as she attempted but failed to provide proper instructions which caused us to pay the high rate vs the local rate. Second u-hail and the customer service phone line was much more informative.

He was friendly enough to take my call at 9Pm at night, and he told me I could drop the truck off even tho they're not listed as 24hr drop off location. Was little hard to find the address, I had to drive around a little bit, maybe driving instructions would help, but not gonna dodge a star for that.. Thanks..

I rented a U-Haul truck from here last month during my home move and had an excellent experience. The lady on the phone and in person was very personable and helpful with all my questions since I was nervous for my first truck rental. The vehicle was in decent shape but I could tell it has been around for a while but it got the job done. Prices were reasonable and we will be using them again when its time to move again.
