Working with Nancy was a sheer delight. She is very warm, courteous, friendly and professional. We sent her our current car insurance policy, and not only did she find us more coverage, but less, about 200 less for a years policy. Doesn't sound like much but we carry maximum coverage on two cars. She did offer us a cheaper option, but we decided to go with the max coverage. She answered all our questions and promptly sent us whatever paperwork we asked for regarding the policy.
