Western Union has ridiculous rules for cuba, the place looks like they can assault you and kill you, people stare at you. Parking is horrible. The fat old last with short hair, she lets some Mexicans cut in line and send money w/o ID or paperwork. It seems like she has her own business there. If you have to go there, be careful. This is the only place in Austin, Pflugerville, Round Rock where you can send money to cuba. ~M.
