8 Best convenience store in Beaumont, Texas (TX) 2024

Signs all over the place saying 2 for 4 for C4 energy drinks and they ring up 5.41. They say "that's the tax"...then say "oh the signs wrong" and there's a huge display right next to the register 2/4 C4 energy.....that's fine, now they had reign energy for 1.99. rings up 2.79 and they say that signs wrong too. Then they want to be rude and sassy like I'm in the wrong for knowing simple math and how tax works. Last time I walked in this place the same girl was talking loudly to a coworker about her "servicing" some guy with her coworker and laughing loudly. Homeless people there often too. Don't bother to ever go there unless you are just paying at the pumps ~Jason

Stopped here for gas 6/21/21 @ 5:45PM, my boyfriend went inside for receipt after pumping gas. Worker asked him “who really gets a receipt” with an attitude, which isn’t her place nor business to question the need for a receipt. Any store you wish to receive a receipt, they give it to without question. Maybe this store is different? ~Jada

If you’re black and me a gas station after 10pm don’t go here. The only white employee is by far the most disrespectful customer service rep in gas station history not to mention has refused my sales for personal reasons after being more than reasonable after being disrespected by her. And I’m only told by officers to file a racial discrimination suit because her behavior isn’t incriminating. It’s disturbing and heart breaking to know that not myself but the generation I raised has to be aware of encounters from people like this and people they’ve taught to treat others in the same manner. I pray for her and people like her. And for those who have encounters such as myself, all I have to say is keep it pushing cause they’re not worth the damage. God bless ~Kaylyn

I had a bad experience due to the carelessness of the employees at the store. The woman in purple seemed to have it out for me as soon as I entered the store then she sprayed me with a ton of febreeze air freshener saying it was by mistake. Then the other woman dropped one of my lamps during checkout without wrapping them in any sort of protection, luckily it wasn’t too noticealby damaged. However, I can still feel the febreeze on my skin where I was heavily sprayed. ~Brittany

Around 2:30 am in the early morning hour on Tuesday, 5th 2021, as approaching the door to enter, there was a hand written sign that asked to knock loudly for entry. At first, it seemed plausible due to past robberies, but after exiting the building we noticed as the clerk locked the door behind us, she switched out another hand written sign reading "Be back in 10 minutes." This is not the first, nor the second time we have experienced the same issue with the same clerk. There had been times where the clerk was nowhere to be seen and we never gained entry into what is supposed to be a store that's opened for 24 hours. Being that this is the only store in this area that is open, it makes for an inconvenient trip. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because we actually was let in this time. ~L
