Best store ever very clean and organized!!!!

I had a bad experience due to the carelessness of the employees at the store. The woman in purple seemed to have it out for me as soon as I entered the store then she sprayed me with a ton of febreeze air freshener saying it was by mistake. Then the other woman dropped one of my lamps during checkout without wrapping them in any sort of protection, luckily it wasn’t too noticealby damaged. However, I can still feel the febreeze on my skin where I was heavily sprayed.

The store is trashed. STOCK items all over store. Bags of trash in aisles. Needs new management. I see a lot of reviews on here calling this place a sh^t hole. The outside is trashed too. This place needs new management.

Store staff attitudes are horrible!! No customer service skills at all!!! Myself and about 7 customers waited at least ten minutes and one female went to let them know we were waiting and they did not budge. I went and told them there were at least 8 customers waiting and a female yelled “we know we’re coming!” When she came to the counter the attitude she gave was unnecessary and I addressed it and let her know I would not be returning to this location again! I can spend my money elsewhere and will!

I watched four people check out in front of me all paying cash and the cashier refused to give them change... The first man paid 10 dollars for a $6.22 purchase the cashier told him she had no cash/change to give back due to covid and kept the entire ten.. The next person paid 5 dollars for a $4.73 charge and recieved no change... The other two people I did not see their totals... The worst part is the the cashier and another employee were bragging about the all the extra money they been able to keep since the whole covid I've tried calling the store several days in a row to report it with no luck

Ok...We all know how every Dollar General layout looks, and feels. It's a Dollar General, folks! Don't expect a bunch of organization, or meaning... You usually go in for cheap prices, and every now and again, you are pleasantly surprised! Today was that day, and this was that location!! They were in the process of unpacking a shipment, but let me tell you, the staff in this location are ALL kind, helpful, and just sooo funny!! I didn't mind the mess, these ladies were pleasant and fun, while tackling a huge shipment! I'll definantly be back! Great experience!

Dollar General is more than a general store and thank goodness for them. I can normally find all of my general needs there and more. I like to shop there for my paper goods (paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, paper plates, school supplies). Also most of my cleaning products are purchased there. Come on smart shoppers, you know that there is so much more for a better price. Snacks, canned goods, sandwich fixings, clothing, holiday decorations, etc. A great tip, when they put out the holiday items, be the first to purchase, because they won't last long on the shelves. Don't forget to use the $5.00 coupon, on your receipt. Ladies, the cosmetic section is worth trying and the hir products. I could go on and on. If you are a smart shopper, you already know that Dollar General is more than a general store.

The good thing about this store is the fact that it's very close to my house. Other than that all I can is God help this store. For the area I would have figured the exterior would have looked a little more appropriate. As far as the inside..... Disaster.... Hurricane Harvey, did you make land fall over Beaumont Again??? I don't know what's going on with that store but man they need a miracle. I gave it two stars only cause it's super close to my house in the Barrington Heights subdivision.

The place was a disaster. Things stacked up in front of the shelves so there is no way to even shop. I don't know how they can stay in business when the customers can't get to the things they would like to buy because half the stores merchandise is stacked up in front of the available merchandise.
