They didn't have what I went in for but the employee saw me looking and offered to help. Very helpful. He even called other stores to see if they had the item I wanted in stock!!

This is a great place to find any and everything. They also have free wifi and with this summer heat this is a nice cool place to catch a break lol!!!! Absolutely love this store!!!!

This big lots is actually very, very well run. A new CEO took over at big lots in 2020 and I had heard good things but wow. They really have their stuff together. The store is incredibly organized and clean. The staff is helpful and nice. Yes, even the bathrooms were on point. Whoever is running this place has their stuff together. Name brands at really low prices. Strongly recommend

Big Lots is always offering some kind of sale, the prices are affordable and you can find great gifts here! There is also a very nice man that’s always saying hi to the customers and offering help and he’s our favorite!

GREAT new furniture! Bedroom, living room, easy chairs, entertainment centers and more! Lots of other bedding, housewares, sheets, towels, GROCERIES, all at SUPER prices. Wonderful selections and colors. Definitely worth your time to go and look!

Went today for the Labor Day sale but our store didn't have the main item I was lookin for. No big deal there. However the other thing I wanted was chips. They had a great deal on a variety of chips, (or so I thought). The circular had no specifications and neither did the tag they had in-store. Not one of the bags I grabbed was on sale so I am not sure what was. ( Lays dill pickle, Cheetos Jalapeno Cheddar, Fritos Honey BBQ, Lays Jalapeno kettle cooked) No one offered to honor the tag or really even discuss it. Just brushed it off as nothing. For future reference, be more specific so customers know. Pics are of the online ad they emailed me...
