Best used truck dealer in Beaumont, Texas (TX) 2024

Absolutely horrible location. The employees are rude and unprofessional. One employee told me I was banned from renting which was later found to be an error on uhauls computer system since I had never rented anything in the past. Tried to call the mgr about this and left messages which were never returned. Spoke with the company president who stated that this should have not happened and told me on more than one occasion when I spoke with him that he would have mgr call me. President also told me he would issue a refund for trailer I rented at a different location that had much better customer service but after more than 3 weeks still waiting on that refund and still haven’t heard from the mgr. can only assume he condones the rude and unprofessional employees. Go to any uhaul location but this one. ~Jerry
