Absolutely horrible location. The employees are rude and unprofessional. One employee told me I was banned from renting which was later found to be an error on uhauls computer system since I had never rented anything in the past. Tried to call the mgr about this and left messages which were never returned. Spoke with the company president who stated that this should have not happened and told me on more than one occasion when I spoke with him that he would have mgr call me. President also told me he would issue a refund for trailer I rented at a different location that had much better customer service but after more than 3 weeks still waiting on that refund and still haven’t heard from the mgr. can only assume he condones the rude and unprofessional employees. Go to any uhaul location but this one.

Horrible customer service. The owner was extremely rude and probably the reason no one was there working as well. Even backed me up into the trailer he was guiding me to hook up to. The only time ill be back is dropping off this trailer....sadly.

Got to the front of the line and Phillip decides he has better things to do, like go into the office and have a few laughs with a few other employees. I needed propane so when it got to my turn, the employee at the desk said it had to be the manager to do it, WHICH IS PHILLIP! Bad service. They act like they are doing you a favor. Asked for a secondary phone number, i provided it. Didnt say "I need permission to call" or anything. Just picked up the phone and started calling. The person was at work and had to hang up immediately. Then the rep acted as if i were in the wrong. "Give me another number, that dont work" even after my person said hello and had to hang up. There is like a uhaul on every corner, FIND ANOTHER ONE! These people dont deserve hard earned money. Tip to this location: nice doesnt cost a thing. By the looks of the comments, nobody cares at this location.

I went today and was told I can not get a uhaul truck because my mom owed money on a uhaul truck so I was refused service. Also had some unprofessional girls in the front . They were rude and unprofessional. Wish I could give this uhaul location zero stars. Oh yeah and manager is needs to be fired ASAP
