If I could give it 1 star I would. I’ve been going here now for a few months (new to Texas within the last few years so have been trying different places) & from the start they rush through & are impolite. My co workers go here & speak highly of 2 techs, in which I’ve used both. The last time I got a pedicure (I go every 2-3 weeks) they were rude so I told myself I wouldn’t be going back. I went back to my old nail shop (honestly don’t know why I left) and come to find out I have TOE NAIL FUNGUS!!!!! Never, ever have I had anything wrong with my feet nor nails. I take pretty good care of them, so much so I’ve heard I should be a foot model. They have ruined my feet. My nail tech now said it could take up to 3 months to go away. DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! They are rude, unprofessional & obviously the tools are not clean. I continued to go back because yes, the finished product is good but not the toe nail fungus I ended up with or the attitudes you deal with. I absolutely agree with other reviewers who said they did not feel welcome in the store for being a person of color. I’ve been to this store a few times now, but as soon as I enter each time, they give me an odd look from top-to-toe, and nothing more. While I went out of my way to give a friendly smile and a “hello”, but they ignored such gesture. And as I peruse through the store, I feel their sneery eyes at me. A few non-person of color, white people enter the store shortly after me. And all the employees’ faces beam with joy as they shower the white customers with a chirpy “Welcome to the store! how may we help you today?!” I have been to other francesca’s all over the states, and never have I felt so miserable as I felt here. Every time in the past I have gone to francesca’s in other locations, I always end up buying several jewelries. But the employees at this particular francesca’s at the post oak mall made me feel so horrible and unwelcome, that I avoid buying anything from here and leave the store as fast as I enter. I remember the first time I went in, and felt the sneery eyes of the employees, I avoided them, and picked an earring and went to the counter. They were all happy and giggly with the customer in line before me, but as soon as it’s my turn, both cashiers look like they are disgusted by my proximity to them, and don’t speak a word. I say “hello” again with a smile. They scan the earring, put it in a small bag, don’t exchange a single word with me, hand me bag. and nothing else. I say “thank you” and leave. They ruined the rest of my day because I kept wondering what I had done to deserve such attitude. the answer is “nothing”. I never bought anything from this store again. Only went in when my friends were with me and wanted something from the store. And I am telling you my white friends were greeted much much differently than me and my poc friends. TLDR: the employees at the francesca’s in post oak mall treat people of color differently and make them feel welcome. Some POC even get profiled, read the other reviews. I would give 0 star if I could ~Raneus

Had a great experience with this facility. I will be coming back for any future storage needs. I received phenomenal help and service from Allie over the phone and Analisia in the office. They helped explain the facility services and billing in a clear and helpful manner, and were very welcoming and made my day a little better. Great prices and accommodation too! Much better than anything I’ve seen around town. 10/10 recommend Storage King USA. ~Haley

I had a 07 Ford fusion that I used for uber and wanted it to be clean for work. The regular car wash left scratches in front of the mirror. When I told the crew they just kinda shifted around uncomfortably. I asked if they had other similar complaints and they said no but now this has happened to 2 cars. Not sure how this can keep happening. Since it was a 2007 I didn't care too much. However, I just purchased a 2022 car and it left scratches the 1st time I went through so it wasn't just the shape of my other car. I'll just use the touchless wash which isn't great for the rest of the month. This is the one located near home depot. ~Big

Have been coming here for the past few oil changes. They are honest and do not try and oversell you on things like air filters etc. They also give you a free car wash. Have no complaints! Glad I found them. Service: Oil change ~Jaimi

Employee directed me to a coupon after I noticed price change... waited a week to decide on a purchase and price had increased $10... with the coupon I saved additional $20. Appreciate alternative products to higher costs... at the end of the day, if the tool achieves the same results and is less money, it's a win to me. ~Barry

Two of the employees are awesome the rest including upper management are very rude and discriminatory towards disabled and homeless people. Beware. Best to avoid this location. There is a wonderful 711 Sunoco one exit north. ~John
