Wait time is to long n membership cards dont work. Cant get anyone to help you because always short staff n cant keep employees. The ones they do have arent there long. Big turn over at place for some reason. When there's a problem with their service i expect someone to help me. Just be careful purchasing a car wash pass up there because ur going to be sitting n stuck with it not working. Your better off just pulling up n paying for your service so much faster n easier. I heard their opening up more place's and they cant even keep a full staff on the ones they have. That tells u a lot about a business when they are always under staff. Big turn over. If you would like for your vehicle to be damanged and recieve the run around for them to repair your vehicle and provide you a rental while your is vehicle is finally being repaired then this is the place to go. The only "nice" experience that I had was with a young lady with red curly hair. She was very helpful and understanding after she saw where staff 'TRIED' to repair my vehicle WITHOUT my permission with wires hanging.

This location needs work, specifically the touch free car wash. We’ve paid for membership for about 5 years now but now we’re not seeing the value of $27/mo. This last visit to the touch free car wash was our seventh (no lie) consecutive visit where it malfunctioned. It’s either out of soap, out of spot free rinse (we always seem to have spots), a busted hose, sections of the sprayers are off, pretty sure nothing happens as far as tire treatment, or the whole thing is down completely. There’s only 2 touch free locations in BCS so it’s frustrating to pay almost a dollar a day but hardly ever get what we’ve been sold. They need to upgrade this location’s touch free, it’s been patched too many times. Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Monthly unlimited user, The dryers worked great, full towel down service was provided unlike the texas ave location. Will drive out of way to come here. I did end up on vacuums that the suction was very minimal. Overall a good stop today.

I had a 07 Ford fusion that I used for uber and wanted it to be clean for work. The regular car wash left scratches in front of the mirror. When I told the crew they just kinda shifted around uncomfortably. I asked if they had other similar complaints and they said no but now this has happened to 2 cars. Not sure how this can keep happening. Since it was a 2007 I didn't care too much. However, I just purchased a 2022 car and it left scratches the 1st time I went through so it wasn't just the shape of my other car. I'll just use the touchless wash which isn't great for the rest of the month. This is the one located near home depot.
