Absolutely the worst customer service I have had in a long time. Call a week before I needed a unit and was told the only was to get the “special price” was to book on the web. Was told at that time they had plenty of units available. Put in a reservation on the web and was only asked my name, date of move in, and unit size. I was really not comfortable with this and wanted to be able to put a deposit or pay for the unit…something. Could not do this on the web without starting the contract on that date. This caused timing issues for me so all I could do was get this reservation. My wife called the day before our move in to see exactly what we needed to do. Gave them our name and was told they do not have a unit for us. My wife says we have a reservation and was told that did not matter our name is all they need and the reservation number did no good. The online system was overbooking….sorry. So I told my wife I will go talk to them and see what we can do. I walked in the location told them I have a reservation. They ask me my name and I said I have reservation wouldn’t that be better than my name. I was told no. So, I told them my name and got a speech that they had already spoken to my wife. I then asked if they had anything else I could rent other that the size I had reserved. At that point I was informed they had absolutely no units. So I thinking to myself what kind of stupid games are they playing…..If they have no units why are they even looking up my name they knew already knew the answer. All I got was I’m sorry. Companies that have process problems and can only say I sorry and offer no solutions are worthless. I would stay away. I would have given them a 0 but the scale would not go that low.

Thank you! I do not have enough good words to describe Allie and her staff at Storage King USA. After our parents passed, they provided kind, patient, and professional service for years until the estate business completed. Very, very highly recommended.

Had a great experience with this facility. I will be coming back for any future storage needs. I received phenomenal help and service from Allie over the phone and Analisia in the office. They helped explain the facility services and billing in a clear and helpful manner, and were very welcoming and made my day a little better. Great prices and accommodation too! Much better than anything I’ve seen around town. 10/10 recommend Storage King USA.

We moved from College Station to Leander today and used this incredible service. This was the best experience with a service industry team I have ever had!! The owners bent over backwards to accommodate us, and were so kind during the process. The moving team was INCREDIBLE! They were efficient, FAST, and so careful with our HUGE move. Please do yourself a favor and look no further than Crossroads if you need a mover. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Summer and Cody have an amazing business and care so much for their customers.

We used Crossroads to move and store the contents of our home this summer on the advice of a friend and highly recommend them for any moving or storage needs you may have. They were prompt in responding, gave an accurate estimate and did exactly what they promised. It was easy to work with Summer and she offered great advice and valuable tips to reduce the cost of our move. The team packing and loading worked carefully and consistently and were always polite and careful. Everyone in the company was focused on providing great service. We moved many times while in the military and never had a crew this professional. I would use this company again for any moving job.
