I was really excited about ordering the Texas shaped pillow from this company in support of a small business. The product was not delivered to the correct shipping address due to the sender providing the wrong address to USPS. I understand mistakes happen; however, the issue I have with this seller is her lack interest in rectifying the situation. The seller settled with placing blame on USPS without providing any proof that she or her “craftsman” submitted the correct address to USPS. I contacted USPS to file a claim because I thought they may have mistakenly delivered the package to the wrong address. USPS confirmed that the seller provided a different shipping address (this was confirmed by multiple representatives). I had to send multiple emails to this seller regarding updates on the issue. It was obvious that she did not want to take accountability for the mistake. She did not place a claim with USPS, provide a refund, or send a replacement for the undelivered product. I still have not received any additional information regarding the undelivered product, which is the reason for the one star review. Poor customer service. Update: The seller put me in contact with her craftsman, who admitted he mistakenly submitted the incorrect address to USPS. The craftsman was very respectful and kind enough to send another pillow to the correct address. I appreciate how fast the package arrived; it arrived in less than 3 days from shipping time! Thank you again for resolving this issue. My six year old nephew appreciates his gift. 😎 ~De
