Had two rigid drills that the gearboxs quit on. And it took two months to get the gearbox in for one of the drills, well they wound up sending the wrong gearbox. They decided that it would be best to give me an exchange for a brand new drill. The guys behind the tool rental desk are very helpful and kept me updated regularly.
