Best pharmacy in Cypress, Texas (TX) 2024

11AM and your service desk is lights out? Freezer cases empty? Is that also a glass, plastic and aluminum shortage problem? Your store here does good volume and doesn’t have the widest aisles. Why do you insist on stocking during some of the busiest hours (Saturday and Sundays mid day) Between freight pallets and carts, vendors (I.e. bread, soft drinks and chips stocking and curbside order pickers the store is always feeling congested and patrons feel rushed to get out of the way of the Nextel customer as a result. I love H‑E‑B and this store is great..as a former manager of a large volume big box store I find many of these issues to be internally correctable. I understand there are some logistics issues in the supply chain but come on! Will someone who can make a difference call to hear me out? Doubt it…. The service desk thing sort of says ‘no’ ~Joseph

The best pharmacy in town! My medication was quickly filled and all of my questions were answered by pharmacist minh. He is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. I won't go to any other pharmacy in town. If my medication wasn't available he made sure it was ordered immediately. Do yourself a favor and avoid the hassles of going to your local Walgreens with their long wait times by going to mtm. Also being fluent in Vietnamese helps when I can't explain a certain detail to my mom about her medicine. ~Ryan
