11AM and your service desk is lights out? Freezer cases empty? Is that also a glass, plastic and aluminum shortage problem? Your store here does good volume and doesn’t have the widest aisles. Why do you insist on stocking during some of the busiest hours (Saturday and Sundays mid day) Between freight pallets and carts, vendors (I.e. bread, soft drinks and chips stocking and curbside order pickers the store is always feeling congested and patrons feel rushed to get out of the way of the Nextel customer as a result. I love H‑E‑B and this store is great..as a former manager of a large volume big box store I find many of these issues to be internally correctable. I understand there are some logistics issues in the supply chain but come on! Will someone who can make a difference call to hear me out? Doubt it…. The service desk thing sort of says ‘no’

A BIG THANK YOU to Karen!! Yesterday I was desperate to get there before pharmacy closed to pick up a medication my daughter desperately needed. What Karen did is beyond amazing and I am one very grateful customer!! Had to rushed the ER to release us before the pharmacy closed for the much needed medication.

This is the best pharmacy that I have used in my life. The staff knows me by name. Very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately I have lot of health problems. They go out of their way to fill prescriptions quickly.

Lost my prescription -I needed the day before surgery! I would take caution when putting your health/life in their controll.....gave no answers, excuse or appoloigies! BE WARE
