This is just what we need. When you walk in the door the energy of everyone inside is friendly, happy and motivated to be healthy and fit. It is busy until the classes start behind doors. I love my Yoga instructors. The classes are just the right size, not crowded. The communication about correct posture, poses and stretches is clear and helpful.
