Before I could ask questions she said no receipt no refund. I ask for her to check her system under my #. She did and found my purchase. Then she when. On to say. I had not applied the product correctly. Then she said I had purchase two boxes and I had only one. She was so difficult and defensive. I had to walk away because I could feel the tension. No one should be treated with such bad customer service. It was not about a $12 refund. It was about getting a new product to do the job right. And instead.
