I go there frequently. They sometimes have 4 for 20 but never really want to tell you what is exactly 4 for 20 especially if you ask the older hispanic lady. I'm not a fan of the current staff. Employees are always changing there. They probably have some management issues. Prices a bit high especially for nail supplies. But ok if you need to that day you pay the elevated cost. I wish they had more tags up in the isles every week displaying the specials.

STORE MANAGER ROSIE. I walked in to your store 11/14 exchange an item that did not work. Your employee Giovanna was rude from the moment my teen and I entered the store. Before I could ask questions she said no receipt no refund. I ask for her to check her system under my #. She did and found my purchase. Then she when. On to say. I had not applied the product correctly. Then she said I had purchase two boxes and I had only one. She was so difficult and defensive. I had to walk away because I could feel the tension. No one should be treated with such bad customer service. It was not about a $12 refund. It was about getting a new product to do the job right. And instead. I had to remove myself from your store do to such bad service. Loyal dissatisfied customer with Northgate location.

Gentlemen if you’re planing on giving your girl money to get her nails done or you know your girl going to get her nails done. Don’t ever let them come here. They will over charge you for the cheapest quality of nails that will either start to come off within a week and lost of color. the time I went with my girl I notice couple of people coming back in the same day saying how there nails were coming off or the gel on the nail was peeling off. I understand everyone trying to make a living but this isn’t the right way to run a business having to over charge by giving the cheap quality in return.

Came to the store and it says they are open, i called for updated store hours and it says til 8. Got here 20 min ago at 6:30 and the door is locked. Called multuple times with no answer.
