Guy at the counter was playing Xbox and talking to other gamers on his headset. Could barely answer questions. Continued to play his game WHILE he’s doing all the computer rental info for me. Told his gamer friends “I’ll be right back” and basically RAN out to my truck to put the dolly in the back, barely showed me how the ramp worked, and then RAN back inside. I understand the job can just be a bunch of waiting, but a little unprofessional in my opinion!! ~Emily
