Friendly staff - in particular, Jennifer and Trey are great to work with. They will do all they can for you as long as you're making a reasonable request. After renting trucks from others, I've brought all my business to them and have also rented a storage unit from them - storage is clean and well-maintained, and I've yet to have any issues with security or access. ~Hugh

The employees were super helpful and very kind. They even went the extra mile for me and helped make me feel safe when some creepy drunk dude was making me very uncomfortable in the parking lot while I attempted to change my incredibly obnoxious tail light on my own. Did a hair follicle test there on 07/20 and asked to have the results e-mailed & faxed to my employer. Two months go by they havent done squat. So I'm here today asking for my test results and they are having difficulty finding the results. I'm not amused here.... Nobody knows whats going on & nobody wants to fix this. $ 55.00 test down the drain cause MedStore cant keep their files straight. I don't recommend this Store. ~Terry
