Tried to call to ask a simple question and was on hold both times over 15 minutes !! What I’m not understanding is if they have time to answer the phone they could’ve answered my question!

The employees were super helpful and very kind. They even went the extra mile for me and helped make me feel safe when some creepy drunk dude was making me very uncomfortable in the parking lot while I attempted to change my incredibly obnoxious tail light on my own. If nothing else, the staff at this store are what set it apart. Thanks guys.

This store normally have about 8 workers on site, but only 1 helping on the counter and on the phone at the same time. Usually is the same guy that by the way is extremely good and the line of clients is out the door. People prefer to go away. I wait over 1 hr or every time I come to this store. The really bad part is that this the main store and they keep most of the parts in stock............ hope management take care of this situation!!!

I love the fact they were opened on Sunday until midnight. I needed to exchange incorrect turn signal bulb from another store that I bought from. They were helpful and very busy at closing time. Definitely will go to this location again.

Autozone seems to have the Technology peice down in that, instead of saying simply "Out of Stock" at your local store, they provide options out of the area to get the part today! Also, Autozone has hours the accommodate both the Business Man and Working Man alike

The store manager working today on Easter needs to learn a little more patience and have less of an attitude with women customers. First, I worked every aspect of the auto supply business for 10 yrs and don't appreciate the way I was treated . I drove across town to pick up parts for my husband that were supposed to be transferred to the store 5 minutes from our house. It isn't this managers fault that the other store put a previous fuel pump on a different vehicle so now they won't honor the warranty. However his poor customer service and attitude towards me is definitely on him. Apologizing to everyone behind me didn't embarrass me it did make me angry. There were atleast 3 other associates working. And Noone apologized for the long line when I walked in the door. Not sure how he made manager with that attitude but it is definitely going to cost him business.

I bought a car that had lug nut lug nut locks and I thought I could just buy a set of lug nuts that have the lock on it and it would fit what I was trying to take off my car because it's a used car. But the clerk explained to me that each one of those kits are specially made for just those lug nuts. So he suggested for me to go to Discount Tire and they would take them off for $10 a lug nut on the locks. Great information cuz that's exactly what Discount Tire did. And I would have never known that without going into AutoZone and the gentleman helping me. So overall it was a great experience I should have spoke to him when I first went in there to buy the kit and I wouldn't have wasted a trip so they definitely knew what he was talking about.

Love this place, the quality of the parts and the lifetime guaranteed, what could possibly go wrong. As long as you have all your ducks in a row and the receipts in place your lifetime warranty is in place for many years to come. The service is great the staff works as a team and the management is awesome. I've been going to autozone for nearly 17 years and have yet to come across any issues.
