Carrier was flying so fast down my road today they had to slam on their brakes skidding. I could hear it. Often they don't even stay long enough to put a flag back down or even close the mailbox.

Took 6 weeks to get my package to California. Left several messages asking where my package. NEVER got any reply to any of my messages. Then they didn't even know it was delivered. Box was oily, slimy. It's a good thing I packed it well. Try not to use them if another carrier is available. They never even offered a refund because of the lack of incompetent shody service. They don't care about the customer just want your money. Worst delivery system in the U. S. A. They'll be going bankrupt soon with service like that. Workers at local post office said they couldn't help either. This doesn't even count the packages they lost at the post office.

MOST OFFSETTING, UNWELCOMING STAFF AT THIS LOCATION!!! Funny thing is I am new to the area, and a post office is an essential element in the process of moving etc. Maybe I'm just a little old school but the post office should be a friendly, inviting, and helpful asset to smoothing the transition of moving. Honestly gives me a bad taste in my mouth for the whole town so to speak because like I said I feel like a post office should be a welcoming addition to your newfound hometown. I won't hold these people against the wonderful town of Flint Texas and surrounding areas, but if you go in there thinking these friendly postal workers will be more than welcome to go the extra mile in customer service or even just a friendly smile you're sadly mistaken. So sad that these once foundational places and characteristics of people places and things are becoming a distant memory, one business, one town at a time.

Mailbox door left open. Mail was soaked. Received a notice to attempt delivery. So wet couldn’t read it. Called post office and he rudely interrupted me by saying we hear this all day everyday. She’ll be back today to deliver or you can pick up tomorrow. Really? This person that delivers the mail obviously didn’t want to get out of the rain to put it the package at my door. They could care less!!! And people want mail in voting??? What a joke.

This post office is the worst I have seen. I have live in over 20 states and 1 us territory and this one is the worst. Every weekend delivery I have they show it delivered and I don't actually get it until the following Monday. I tried to call and report it but the phone system is completely automated so you can't get to a human. How is the USPS still a thing? I am tired of my tax dollars going to this inept institution of excuses and bureaucracy. Bye Felicia!

I am utter shocked at the terrible customer service along with the actual mailing service. Never have I been to a post office that was as rude and uncorportive as this one. I walked in this morning after reading my tracking information online that said my buisness package was held up by customer request at the Flint post office. I explained the sitiution to the employee and gave my buisness name to search for my package. Still, I was confused on what was going on thinking maybe my package was damnaged, because I did not request my package to be held up. Not my first time using online tracking mind you. Anyways, he misspelled the business name, wouldn't listen when I tried to politley correct it, he went in the back, of course didnt find the package because he misspelled the name! He asked if I checked my mail box, and I said "There's no way my package would fit in a mail box!" He clearly read the package weight when he looked up my package. The entire time these employee made rude comments and treated me as I was stupid. Every package that I have shipped from this place has been held up. I'm not sure if they're working, or barley working. My father works in a post office, and I've always looked forward to going to the post office and getting mail. NEVER WILL I RETURN TO THE FLINT POST OFFICE. I prefer not to be treated inhumane.

I usually don't like leaving bad reviews but in this case it's a pleasure. I went in to inquire about some help with the whereabouts of passport I had mailed out of this location almost a month ago. Before I could even explain to the postal employee what was going on he became short, and flat out rude, and wouldn't let me speak (He also reeked of smoke). I just wanted info on how to track the money order. He took my name and info for the post master to call and as of this posting I have yet to hear anything from anyone. No wonder the postal service is billions in the red.

Danny refuses to scan prepaid packages and provide and acceptance receipt after I wait in line to receive that service. And instead screams and yells at me because I insist he follow USPS policy and scan all my packages and provide a reciept. If the post office does not want to recieve pre paid packages from amazon, etsy and other online sales then you should inform those companies so we can ship through other services. Otherwise o suggest you teach Danny how to provide proper customer service and stop screamming and harrassing customers for wanting a service WE PAID FOR!!

If I could give 0 Stars I would. The customer service at this location is awful. The woman was rude and inconsiderate when I came in to retrieve a package. She was snippy and arrogant when helping me, if you can even call it helping. I was friendly throughout and yet she felt the need to go out of her way to be rude and treat me like I'm an idiot. She was not understanding and did not make me feel welcome. It takes a lot for me to go and write a negative review about a place but this run in truly deserved the worst possible review. Thank you.

They said they tried to deliver a package. We had the garage door open and 3 ring cameras. Nothing was attempted nor did they leave a note saying they attempted. The USPS is a joke and so is the individuals that work for USPS. If you hate your job so much find a new one, dont take it out on your customers.
