It's always clean and the staff is friendly. You won't stand at the counter for minutes on end when you are ready to check out either. It has a decent selection of products and prices are relatively low. They even have a brand of beer that I like. (Most of the time)

I pulled in at 8:50pm to get some benedryl and they had already locked the doors. I knocked on the door and she came to the door and said they’re closed. I said they close at 9. She said ya it’s 8:50…I said all I need is benedryl. She said they’re closed. When a store closes at 9, I would assume you’re supposed to serve customers until 9. Nobody wants to work these days. Come on y’all.

This is my favorite Family Dollar store. I have 4 to choose from on Hwy 155 between Tyler and Frankston. This store is clean, well organized and the people who are working there are helpful and nice.

The manager is friendly and most workers. I take a while so sometimes I am watched too closely. The baskets need replacing or a good spray wash.

This would the worst every experience that I ever had shopping at Family Dollar. The Manager is an extreme racist, he yelled at my family members and I and called the police. Yes, we are African-America sure, but a bunch of gangsters and thugs we aren't. After I notice his aggression and no longer felt comfortable I requested a refund for the products that I purchased. At that point he became more upset and requested that we leave his store. I advised him that it wasn't an issue I just wanted a refund. He made it seemed as if he was in danger, he told that police that there was 12 of us, when in reality there were only 5 of us. I asked him was his issue is that we were African-American and he screamed and stated that it wasn't. I just would never ever go back there, and all African-Americans please be aware
