Best financial planner in Harlingen, Texas (TX) 2024

I liked the bankers. They are really nice and know what they are doing. The tellers are a bit rude. The main reason why I am giving it a one star rating is because I was asked for my social security number via email. I think this is a serious security risk and it should be brought to the attention of someone in charge. I don't mind coming to the bank with card in hand and having a photocopy taken of it for the bank's records, but I feel that email is not secure enough for this kind of sensitive information. I deleted the email on my end to make sure no one can access the information using malware or the sort, so I hope the bank's side will keep my social security number safe in their servers. ~Danielle
