Amazing gym with great atmosphere and staff. I take Pilates with Mandi and she’s completely changed my outlook on working out. I enjoy going to the gym every week now ~LESLY

I joined the OYL family earlier this year (2021) and I can honestly say it has changed my life. From the amazing coaching- their dedication to health and fitness, to the welcoming atmosphere, there is no better gym around. I am not an athletic person, I had never worked out in my life prior to joining OYL and with their guidance, I have made tremendous strides in my health and fitness journey. I eat healthier, I hydrate more, I am stronger and leaner than ever before and it also helps my mental health tremendously! I leave the gym happier that I’ve accomplished something for myself. The coaches are professional and encouraging, pushing me in the best way to be better. The members at OYL are also so friendly, everyone is so encouraging and it’s just the perfect atmosphere for anyone looking to be a part of a like-minded community without feeling judged. It can be so intimidating to join a gym and jump into the unknown but the members and coaches really made me feel welcomed from day one. I’m so happy I took the leap and joined OYL. I recommend this place to anyone who will listen because I know they can help anyone. ~Melissa
