Best used auto parts store in Houston, Texas (TX) 2024

The owner over heard me on the phone with my customer. Since she said she had to have her car. The price changed $75 dollars on the same parts. Beware owner is in the middle and is a real horrible person to his soul. And he was cheating people left and right while I was waiting for the parts. Everybody on Shepherds has better business than this!!!!!! ~Reginald

Worst service and management ever, I bought a fuse box that didn’t work so I took it back and they looked for another one they sent me to another location instead of them simply calling to confirm if they have it or not, anyway they didn’t have it and refused to return my money and said they will give me a store credit 😂😂😂😂as if it’s Macy’s and they have options.. called Roxana the manager and promised to solve it, but she too stopped answering my calls or messages, very professional 🤔 ~Amori
