What most impressed me about this establishment is the professionalism and commitment of the coaches. They give 100% of their time to ensure that you accomplish the goal you’ve set for yourself and that you are learning every avenue of the workout/exercise. You are taught the “right” way of doing the exercise. Health is always a top priority!! Cleanliness - always clean, fresh and sanitized Family - we are treated as family in every aspect; I’ve not found any other gym with this kind of camaraderie.
