Best fast food restaurant in Jasper, Texas (TX) 2024

Never have I ever left a review on a business page like this, but the two gentlemen were pretty unprofessional throughout the entire process. The drive through guy was talking negatively about the lady at the drive through and complaining on how she didn't order a certain way. The guy helping me asked a question and I simply didn't understand what he meant...I'd never heard it said the way he said it. And it was confusing, so I asked what he meant by that and he just said it again without really giving any explanation. I figured it out. But the way he got so mad that I didn't understand the question made it an awkward experience the rest of the time I was there. He needs to develop people skills. ~Daniel

After spending $30 on gas at this atore, i brought in some water jugs to fill at their sink. I've been camping and just needed a refill. The clerk made me ASK her if it was ok, and made me feel like my business was not welcomed there. I think it was because I am white.😡 ~Rhonda

Girl employee was very polite despite being super busy in the drive thru. Ice cream blizzards we're great. My wife and mother in-law had grilled chicken salads she said it was skimpy and not worth the price for the quality of what she got. My triple burger combo was great. Fries were ok. Daughter 13 yrs old had a grilled chicken sandwich said it was ok but didn't fill her up. 8 yrs old son said his cheeseburger was ok. My unsweetened tea was ok. This all happened in Jasper the dairy Queen experience in Huntington and Lufkin is usually pretty great. We ended up waiting 40 minutes in Jasper after being asked to pull forward to receive our food in the Drive-Thru. We won't be back to this location anymore. ~Franklin
