Had wife get oil changed in her brand new car and was told we only have cheap oil you will have to do bottle service and that’s when she was over charged, they spilled oil all over engine left grease finger prints all over paint. Did not even top off fluids . What a horrible way to run a business. Stop saying it’s the people they don’t want to work. No It starts with management it’s wanting to do the job right the first time. Stop accepting sloppy an low in work. Set the bar for your team. Do it your self. Hope to see change Kaufman deserve better from you . Service: Oil change ~Hank
